“What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life – to be with each other in silent unspeakable memories.”
- George Eliot

Who says I don’t have anything to be thankful for?
Just remember in your darkest hour to look for that little ray of light – focus all of your energy on that tiny glowing ember. And it will grow into a flame – and with that you will remember and understand what your true blessings really are. It is the little things and not the worldly, materialistic things that matter.
I look at this memory above and I am filled with thanksgiving.
I hope that on this day you too will seek and find a light, a memory, a blessing that stirs your soul. I hope the warmth of that light will fill your heart and mind with love and thanksgiving.
Who says I don’t have anything to be thankful for?

This image resonated with me on this Thanksgiving Eve. As I took a stroll down a particularly beautiful brownstoned lined street, I noticed this box sitting neatly on the trash can. Note the book in front:
Living Hungry
“Powerful… Like few books on hunger and poverty, this work lets the poor speak for themselves.” – San Francisco Chronicle
Let us all be particularly thankful for what we do have and not focus on what we don’t have.
Peace and Blessings.

Yes and how many years can a mountain exist
Before it is washed to the sea
Yes and how many years can some people exist
Before they’re allowed to be free
Yes and how many times can a man turn his head
And pretend that he just doesn’t see
The answer my friend is blowing in the wind
The answer is blowing in the wind.
- Bob Dylan

I am a creator,
Inventor and innovator.
I observe the people,
The ordinary people
No matter what your occupation is
Everybody’s in showbiz.
‘Cos I’m a Star (gonna make you a star),
And I can make you a Star (gonna make you a star),
I believe that everybody’s a celebrity,
And we’ve all got personality
And individuality.
We all read lines,
And we all act a part,
We all need a script
And an audience to play to.
No matter what you do,
Or who you are,
Everybody’s a star.
